MEASURES FOR TERRORISM CONTROL

It is the most important issue around the globe that terrorism is breeding & growing day by day, various countries have taken security & precautionary measures to avoid any mishap, terrorism, killings, firing, stealing, snatching, bomb blast etc., the most advanced countries has initialized online criminals screening, installed close circuit cameras, coders, scanners to detect any crime on street, place or site. In this connection the government of Pakistan is not far away, either we talk about the present government of previous government, one thing we should note that no leader or government official want to destruct its own country of region in heavy amount of killings and terrorism, yes it is possible in some cases that one leader is clashed with another leader or party but it is not possible to kill any famous Political Leader like our great leader of Pakistan Peoples Party Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, it is all done by those, who have no interest in Pakistan policies, who do not want Pakistan to get success, who want Pakistan to remove from the map of the world (GOD Forbid) but I urge all of my readers to go through the circumstance properly with patience.
The duties of the government of Pakistan & Society offices should be performed in proper manner such as:
Plan a route map in each area and society to link with Close Circuit Cameras, by which a movement can be seen in the locality and any criminals/terrorist can be caught into the screen or can be observed. I know this is not a small practice or exercise, because there is a big different between writing something and installing something practically, but everything is possible with efforts. Number of Housing Societies in Karachi receive huge amount on account of Memberships, Maintenance etc., where does all that amount goes, just in fool club activities, making green belts, modifying with beautiful greenery and plants or making Pools, Pounds and Showers on streets, what I suggest is that on first priority various societies of different localities in Karachi must plan a complete design for making the area(s) fool proof. Install cameras, observe the daily movement of vehicles, persons in the locality by this way several instances can be controlled such as Street Crime, Dacoity, Theft, Murder etc., this plan is not new, various places of Islamabad are using the same plans.
The government of Pakistan in provinces have taken good steps like updating the data of general criminals and criminals most wanted on the web at online database system, but still it need quick actions to update everybody’s data on the online system on official websites where every person can search the person(s) criminal record (if any) by inserting the name, CNIC or what ever is specified.
It is also requested to the lawful/law enforcement authorities to update the database of those criminals who have been arrested in street crimes, mobile snatching, car lifting and other crimes their pictures and photos must be placed on the website so they may not get involve in future in any such crime and they may think before doing any crime, I have personally observed that when any criminal get arrested he/she is covered in pictures why? That person must be exposed so he/she can think before doing any crime in future that he will be exposed globally and his/her future will be totally lost if get released also.
I can bet on it that no person who is once entered into the database can run/escape anywhere, because Construction work has more reliability than any destruction practice, I also appreciate the performance of government authorities that they can do what ever they want with proper plan because our Police Department, CID Department and other lawful authorities have well qualified and professional members all depends on specific thought and management.
Another required is to update the records of vehicle on computer digitally, so if any person want to search the name of the owner of vehicle can be search on the computer on official website of concerned authority, I have seen various incidents on the street that most of the car / vehicle owners hit the person or another vehicle and ran away, but no body could get the record of the actual owner of the vehicle.
Few years ago the government of Sindh circulated the order that no vehicle should be carried on open letter in the city and person/holder of the vehicle should have the authority of the vehicle he/she is using but still number of vehicles are on the street without having any name of the owner, there are number of vehicles which does not belong to the city, I have seen various number plates which has Dubai Number Plate or other regions numbers why? As the result in any bomb blast number of vehicles are found in the name of rent-a-car, or on open letter or having no ownership this is also the loop hole in security measures.
IF any person applies for CNIC or Pakistani Passport his/her complete status should be checked before issuing him/her CNIC or Passport, his/her finger prints, eyes screening etc., should be taken and a proper genetic history may be prepared of the person in database to locate the person in question as and when required.
There are number of other measures to be taken but all this is possible when we will decide it to be taken or happen, when we will feel that Pakistan is our country and it should be safe and secure.
Every person must feel his/her duty for the sake of country, for the sake of nation Inshah Allah more we will do safely more we will be safe.
